How to Order

Custom Orders

Every one of my bags is unique, and I would be happy to create one for you. I can make bags similar to those show on the site, although no two bags are ever the same.

If you would like to order a custom bag, please contact me giving a rough idea of what you would like and a phone number or email where you can be reached. We can then discuss materials, colours, prices and times of delivery.

Online orders

Online orders are handled by PayPal. Please email me at rosie.jaq@virgin.net with the item you wish to purchase and I will invoice you via Paypal for secure payment options. PayPal's secured services guarantee using your credit card is safe and a PayPal account is not required.

All Rosiejaq bags are gift wrapped for delivery to you or your chosen recipient.

The price of packaging and postage to UK addresses is £2.50 whether it's one item or many. Please ask for postage rates for Europe, North America and the rest of the world.

I ship worldwide, and also accept personal cheques and postal orders from UK customers only, with the necessary clearing times before delivery.

All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and once payment has been verified you should receive your order within 4-7 days. Shipping charges in the UK are £2.50 whether you order one item or many.

Orders by phone

To order by phone please contact me on 07981 009987 leaving your name and a phone number where you can be contacted, and which item you wish to purchase. I will contact you within 48 hours to discuss you purchase and payment options. Payments for telephone orders can be made by personal cheque or postal order in the UK. Once I have received your payment and it has cleared, I will ship your item by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

At the time I confirm your order I will mark the bag as sold. If I don't receive your payment within 10 days the item will be put back on sale.

Product Guarantee

I cannot be held responsible for wear and tear, weight restrictions and/or inappropriate use or treatment of product. Please treat these bags as you would any other hand-made item.

Purchase Policy

Returns: I believe all of my products to be beautiful, but if for some reason you aren't happy with your purchase, I will accept return within 14 days from the date I ship it if in the UK and 30 days if shipped internationally. A refund for the original cost of the item less a £5 return fee will be issued after I have inspected the product to make sure it is unused and in its original condition. I reserve the right to refuse a return based on my inspection of the item. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs or the cost of return shipping.

I promise never to use your personal information for anything than to process your order and will never give your information to a third party for any reason. I will not contact you for any reason after the sale is complete unless you initiate a request from me.
